A State of Becoming
A State of becoming was created in 2006 in a collaboration between Louise Katerega, Choreography, Andy Hamer, Scenograpy, Andy Finn, Lighting, and the performers.

January 2006, Louse Katerga Andy Hamer, Andy Finn and a full cast of performers started an intense week of research and development on a project that became A State of Becoming. The company consisted of Choreographer, Katerega, Scenographer, Hamer Lighting Designer, and Finn. The cast of dancers consisted of able bodied and disabled professional dancers.
Supported by the Phoenix Theatre, Leicester the company grew and developed a sketchbook of ideas through this week of work, and indeed became a company.
It was a tough, intense and most amazing creative week of work.
From these seedlings of work an application for the project underwent several rounds of judgment before being selected to be a semi finalist in The Place Prize, 2006. Performed at The Place London.
